BIOGRAPHY

I am a multidisciplinary artist, primarily musician and visual artist.

After several years in drawing and illustration, I turned to experimental music. A period of 2 years as foley artist’s assistant at Radio France allowed me to widen my range of sound bodies and improve my musical sensitivity to sound objects.

My music practice is natively raw, experimental and improvised. Made from the sounds of musical machines and instruments that I create mainly from recycled materials, various objects, electronic devices, field recordings and traditional instruments hijacked or prepared. I especially enjoy to explore the questions of the absurd, the randomness, accidents and imperfections.

My interest in electroacoustic and concrete music as well as sound spatialization leads me to the Pantin Conservatory where I obtained my DEM in electroacoustic composition in 2018. For my final project, I developed an orchestra of musical machines controlled by MIDI (my ElectroMecaPhonium’s Acousmachines) in order to research a multiphonic writing for direct random sounds and fixed medias.

I perform in various contexts ranging from solo improvisation concerts, to musical readings, occasional duets and other collaborations, and in places such as les Instants Chavirés, le Musée du Quai Branly, la Maison de la Poésie, le Cube, Radio Libertaire, etc.

This website is a partial collection of works I have done.
